Accepted Payments:

  • I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

    Original paintings will be safely packed and shipped within 5 working days. The exception is if the painting was newly created, in which case varnishing, finishing, and drying time will be added. These details will be communicated to you after purchasing.

    Prints are produced at a high-quality, fine art printer in Sacramento, CA. Additional time will be needed for pickup and signing the print before shipping. Please allow for 7 days from print ordering to shipping date.

    Is shipping included?

    Shipping for all original artworks is included in the price. Shipping cost for prints is calculated at checkout.

    Can you ship internationally?

    At this time I do not offer international shipping. Please contact me directly at stef@stefsartstudio.com if you are interested in a particular piece of art and you are overseas.

  • We currently offer 2 types of frames: a gallery white or natural wood floater frame. Please view product images to see these options.

  • All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind. No returns or refunds on originals for change of mind.

    What if my painting arrives damaged?

    All work is carefully packed and wrapped according to shipping carrier guidelines. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving with photographs taken of the damage.
